A 1972 graduate of Paul Smith’s College and a 1974 graduate of West Virginia University with a degree in Forest Management. Ken formally worked for Burke-Parsons-Bowlby where he held several positions including, assistant plant manager, plant manager and finally Division manager. Ken presently works for Pacific Wood Preserving where he presently holds the position of Vice President of Sales. Ken has held several positions at PWP including general manager of its Arizona facility, Corporate Vice President of Operations and VP of both Sales and Operations. Ken is the former President of Railway Tie Association and held previous positions with RTA in its CLEAR committee and its Plant Safety committee. Ken is a current member of the Executive Committee of AWPA and has previously held the position of T-3 Vice Chair along with being a member of T1, T4, T7, P7/P9 and S8. Ken and his wife have lived in Casa Grande, AZ for the past 23 yrs.

Long associated with the transportation of lumber and building materials to Hawaii, Jeff Browning currently serves as President for HLPA. He has been employed by Sause Bros since 1980 in California, Hawaii, and Oregon and presently is the General Manager of the Columbia River Service where he oversees the Hawaii Common Carrier Service.

Mr. Kayser has been with Gentry Homes since 1986, when he joined the team as the Purchasing and Contracts manager. In the 23 years that he has been with Gentry, he has held positions as Special Projects coordinator, Completed Projects manager, Single Family coordinator, and Construction manager. He was promoted to Vice President and Director of Construction in 1999. Mr. Kayser graduated from the University of Denver, School of Real Estate and Construction Management in 1986 with a BS in Business Administration.

James Keller, President of Armstrong Builders, LLC. is a long time resident of Hawaii arriving in the islands in 1980. Mr. Keller joined Armstrong in 1985 and worked in a number of capacities with the company.
